Third-Party Content: Movie trailers and clips displayed on ClikClap are provided by third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. We display this content under fair use for promotional purposes.

5. Virtual Currency & Purchases

ClikClap may offer virtual coins for purchasing gifts:

• Virtual currency has no real-world value
• Purchases are final and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
• Unused virtual currency may expire as stated at purchase

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features may require a subscription:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your app store settings
• Refunds are subject to app store policies

7. Intellectual Property

The ClikClap name, logo, and all related content are owned by ClikClap. You may not use our trademarks without written permission. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClikClap and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability
